When Ralph Loura took the reins of IT at Clorox in 2010, IT was viewed

as a cost center. Reinforcing this perspective, Clorox leaders were

frustrated by the lack of productivity improvements and value from their

major outsourcer. In this session, Ralph will discuss how TBM is enabling

Clorox to unify operational and financial metrics provided by their outsourcer

to manage service cost and quality and create a foundation for better

planning and budgeting. In doing so, Ralph is improving agility and focusing

more of his resources on strategic business initiatives.
