IT leaders relying on spreadsheets for budgeting and planning are feeling the pinch. Labor-intensive and error-prone spreadsheets slow down the budgeting process and hamper CIOs’ capacity for speedy and well-informed decision making—the leadership the business needs in these times of disruption.

As IT leaders undertake budget planning for 2021 in a year of uncertainty need to be better equipped for unexpected changes and unforeseen events. Organizations have scrambled to re-plan and re-forecast spend in 2020 and should expect to scramble same next year unless proactive measures are taken now.

Join Apptio for an intimate virtual event, where Jim Hildebrand, Sr. Customer Success Consultant, and J.J. O'Malley, Principal Solutions Consultant, for a hands-on workshop and demo of how to plan for next year’s IT budgets.
